Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Crypto Connect Expo website at cryptoconnectexpo.com (the “Site”) and your registration for and attendance at Crypto Connect Expo events (the “Events”), organised by Crypto Connect Expo (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site or registering for an Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site and Events

Crypto Connect Expo organises conferences, exhibitions, networking events and related activities about cryptocurrency, blockchain, NFTs, Web3, the metaverse and digital business. Event dates, venues, speakers, sponsors, sessions and features may change; the Site and our official event channels are the authoritative source for current details.

2. Registration and Tickets

Registration and ticket purchases may be completed on the Site or through authorised third-party platforms (for example Eventbrite). You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your registration. Tickets and badges are for the named attendee unless we state otherwise, and may not be resold or transferred commercially without our written permission. We may refuse or cancel a registration to protect the safety or integrity of an Event, in which case any refund will follow Section 3.

3. Payments, Refunds and Changes

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future sales. Unless a different policy is stated for a specific Event or ticket: tickets are refundable up to 30 days before the Event, less processing fees charged by payment or ticketing providers; within 30 days, tickets are not refundable but may be transferred to another person with our approval. If we cancel an Event, registered attendees will be offered a refund of the ticket price or a credit to a future event. If we reschedule, tickets remain valid for the new date. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur.

4. Event Changes

Speakers, schedules, venues and features are subject to change without notice, including substitutions of comparable value. Such changes are not grounds for a refund unless an entire Event is cancelled.

5. Code of Conduct

Attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors must treat others with respect, follow venue rules and staff instructions, wear their badge where required, and not engage in harassment, unsafe behaviour, or unauthorised solicitation or recording. We may remove anyone who breaches this section, without a refund.

6. Photography and Recording

We and our media partners may photograph and film Events and use those materials to document and promote Crypto Connect Expo, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may take personal photographs, but commercial recording or broadcast of sessions requires our written permission.

7. Not Financial Advice — Digital Asset Risk

Content at our Events and on the Site is educational and informational only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no speaker, sponsor or exhibitor statement is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset or security. Cryptocurrencies and NFTs are volatile and risky; you can lose some or all of your money. Always do your own research and consult licensed professionals before making financial decisions. Never share private keys or seed phrases with anyone at an Event.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site, the Crypto Connect Expo name and logo, and our content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use. Speaker and sponsor materials remain their owners’ property. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding commercially without written permission.

9. User Submissions and Applications

If you submit a speaker, sponsor, exhibitor or other application, you confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Submission does not guarantee selection. If you post or send us content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to evaluate your application and, where relevant, to promote the Event.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or use third-party ticketing, payment, sponsor, venue and social-media services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or services.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site and Events are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Site or an Event is limited to the amount you paid us for the ticket or service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost digital assets.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, published on the Site, explains how we collect and use personal information and forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the relevant Event is held, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted on the Site at the time of your purchase or use applies to that purchase or use.
